Binance Transaction History Export Is Incomplete

First identify what is missing. Spot Trade History covers executed spot trades, while Asset History and Export Transaction Records cover a broader set of account movements. Convert, buy-with-fiat, deposits, withdrawals, distributions, and other products may live in different categories, so one CSV should not be assumed to be the entire account ledger.

Steps that preserve your options

  1. List the expected activity types and date range before exporting: spot trades, Convert, fiat buys, deposits, withdrawals, fees, rewards, transfers, and any margin or futures activity. Note the account or sub-account for each.
  2. For executed spot fills, open Orders, Spot Order, Trade History, then Export Trade History. Use the requested period and keep the generated file unchanged as source evidence.
  3. For the broader account ledger, open Assets, Asset History, hover over the export icon, and choose Export Transaction Records. Select the time range and relevant account and coin filters. Binance's current instructions distinguish recent six-month ranges from custom periods.
  4. Reconcile opening balances plus inflows, outflows, trades, transfers, fees, and closing balances. Record gaps by category and date. If a confirmed activity is still absent, send the category, time zone, IDs, and export request details to official support.

If this does not work

A spot-only file can look complete while excluding Convert or fiat activity. Time-zone boundaries, sub-accounts, canceled orders versus executed trades, product-specific wallets, and a date range outside the export window can create apparent gaps.

How to confirm completion

Do not judge success by row count. Match selected transactions against account history and reconcile balances by asset. Preserve the raw files and a note of the export time, filters, time zone, and any unresolved entries.
